At any job site, it is not always common practice as you may think to have a project manager onsite at every job throughout the day. A lot of times, the manager will send a crew out to the job site to work for the day without a project manager present. Although we have complete faith in all of our crew members we also believe it’s important to have at least one project manager on site at all times. It’s not uncommon for Board Members, homeowners, or the Community Manager to randomly stop by and ask questions.
